Info missing on how to submit site

I'm new here. This site is almost over my head. It has taken me 20 minutes just to work out how to post a message.

How do I submit my website? The info seems to stop mid-sentence.
Help!

Read the submission guidelines and just follow the directions.

Submission problems

I know which category to submit to. However, I don't know what the submission process is. The page on the site which explains how to do this stops mid sentence. "...just follow these........"

Is there a problem with the instructions on the site or is it my computer. I don't seem to be having any joy here either.

Everything on ODP is working normaly when I try to submit a site.
So I guess it is a problem on your computer.

Let me try to help you.
steps:
1) Find the best category for your site. You claim to have done this, that is a major step already done.
2) Click the 'suggest url' link at the top of the category page
3) Fill in the form. It askes for the url of your site, the title of your site, a description and your email-address. And click the 'submit' button at the bottom.

If you have problems viewing any of the pages at DMOZ there must be a problem on your computer. This could be a very outdated of strangely configurated browser or it could be a firewall blocking access.
