greetings.

i'm wondering if someone can point me to information explaining reasons why a site would be removed from DMOZ. My site was listed a number of years ago, but today when I came back to ensure my description was up to date I noticed it was missing.

I'm confident we've never broken any of DMOZs terms of use, but, obviously something was wrong.
Can anyone help?

The domain is www.cellphones.ca.

I've resubmitted the site to this category http://dmoz.org/Home/Consumer_Information/Electronics/Communications/Mobile/ , but it would be great to understand why it was removed and when.

Thanks kindly.

To answer your question would be to give you a status report and we don't do those any more.

However, if you check carefully, I think you'll find that your site is listed :).

follow up

Jim.

Thanks kindly for your reply.
I had tried a number of queries, performed searches at Google, etc. etc. and still didn't see the domain. However, when I performed similar queries for other domains listed in DMOZ I got results, so I assumed my domain must have been removed.

Anyway...sorry about the confusion and thanks for replying.

Best,

Branden

p.s. any hints of where its listed are appreciated! :)
