It has been 2 month+ for my submission of my website but still not included in Open Directory. Thus I was wondering do we have editors for "Reference: Education: Colleges and Universities: Asia: India: Maharashtra: University of Mumbai" category?
It can't really answer your specific question, because nobody knows which editors are going to be active in the near future, let alone where they'll be active.
