Internal Server error clarification

I know that DMOZ is having problems with the Internal Server error. I was wondering if I could get clarification on whether this always occurs, or only under load. I have tried about 10 times in the last few weeks and received the Internal Error each time. If I somehow caught the system under light load, would it possibly work?

I think there are various factors causing it, but load is almost certainly one of them. Just keep trying.
