We do not critic sites here. If you feel that the content has changed significantly since the last submission, then of course you are free to resubmit and an editor will eventually have a look but don't be surprised if the result remains the same.

Without having looked at the site, I would seriously doubt there is much that can be done that would change its listability but that is just an opinion and I do not edit in that area of the directory so I could be wrong.
