Theres a site listed on DMOZ 3 times, twice under the same domain but different categories and once under a redirected domain under a 3rd category?

also the site has a keyword enhanced anchor link in place of the single word site name...

Sites can be listed more than once (for example once in Regional and once under a Topic, or in several languages). Normaly it should be listed always with the same url.
Maybe everything is OK in the situation you spotted or maybe not. But we can only tell if you give us more information (site and categories - categories with a clickable link please).

Yes, at the very least we'd like to use the same URL everywhere -- it simplifies directory maintenance.

It is OK.
Give us:
1) a link to the DMOZ category
2) the name of the site (I personaly prefer not to give a link to the site)
3) what you think is wrong

1 and 2 are covered by simply following this link http://search.dmoz.org/cgi-bin/search?search=inspirals

all 3 listings are for the same site

3. the issues are, whys it listed 3 times (once being a redirected domain) and whys it called "inspirals silver jewellery" instead of the official name "inspirals" or at a push "inspirals.co.uk" the addition of "silver jewellery" which isnt coroberated by any of the text on the site gives this site an artificial boost on the search engines over other jewellery related websites (dontcha think?)

The 2 listings of the co.uk domain are correct.
As I wrote in my first reply asite can belisted under a topic ( Shopping: Jewelry: Handcrafted: Precious Metals: Silver ) and in Regional ( Regional: Europe: United Kingdom: Business and Economy: Shopping: Jewellery: Precious Metals: Silver )
The 3th listing should (in its current state) not be listed. My guess is that when it was listed it had a different content. As I can not edit in that category myself I left a note for any editor that can.

The third listing and the titles (what you call the "anchor text") have been dealt with.

Search may take several weeks to update, but you will see the changes if you look in the categories themselves.

Requests for additions of keywords are usually not accepted.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Thanks, trooperbill, but you know that when you do fight in the ODP's corner, they will merely dismiss your opinions as being from an editor.... or spouse of an editor, or child of an editor... or something. :)
