Is my site waiting submission or worse?

Hi

I added my site www.gtone.co.uk to DMOZ a while ago to http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Business_and_Economy/Industries/Telecommunications/Mobile/Services/Ring_Tones,_Graphics_and_Logos/ and when finally the 'last edited date' was updated i still did not appear.

I have spent alot of time on this site but don't know if it has been added somewhere else or rejected.

Could someone please help.

It was rejected, I'm afraid - see http://dmoz.org/guidelines/include.html#notinclude for examples of the type of sites we don't include.

I don't understand. There are loads of these websites out there and they all come from around 4-5 content providers. And they all get listed!

This is not true - we list one site only per content provider in each category. Furthermore the entire contents of that particular category is very regularly rereviewed due to the large number of sites that submit and then change their content provider once listed.

If you have any examples of this please let us know so that it can be dealt with.
