Not categorically. I suspect in this millenium it may be hard to both come up with a unique idea and flesh it out with genuine, unique content.... and maybe even harder to hunt through the thousands of plagiarized, fraudulent, and affiliate excreta that tend to get suggested there, to find one site with real content.
Or, thinking about it from the perspective of a surfer: what would I look for in sites already listed in that category, and not find?
