Is this abuse?

I don't want to report an abuse without knowing exactly (in basic English) whether the following is an abuse.

There is a website listed in dmoz that is (for example) www.mywebsite.co.uk

There is another 2 web addresses, one (again examples) is www.thatwebsite.co.uk and the other is www.anotherwebsiter.co.uk

www.thatwebsite.co.uk has 1 page with basic info (good for search engines) that after a few seconds goes to www.mywebsite.co.uk

www.anotherwebsite.co.uk has some products but also links to www.mywebsite.co.uk...the products in www.anotherwebsite.co.uk are a subset of the products from www.mywebsite.co.uk

I haven't seen anymore urls from this company but these are the ones I have found after searching several search engines for a couple of particular products.

Is the above abuse? I know mirrors and redirects as such are abuse...but the way this website has dealt with it looks suspicious.

Thanks in advance and I hope I haven't wasted your time

P.S. yes the website I am refereing to does exist in DMOZ which is why I have written this post.

Webmasters can of course organise their websites anyway they want. (Just making that obvious point first to prevent any misunderstandings.)

But we would prefer to list the mother domain - www.mywebsite.co.uk in your example. Please do point out listings of the type you describe.

Hi Jeanmanco,

Thanks for the reply.

Shall I PM you the website address so you can have a look and determine if this is abuse or not?  :)

I'm not sure that I follow. It looks as though we have the correct URL listed and have never listed the others. So where is the problem?

Perhaps I should have explained before that we are not concerned about doorways and redirects that are not submitted to us. If they are submitted, we would not knowingly list them.

Sometimes we end up with listings for the same site under different URLs. That can happen in a number of ways. It's not necessarily deliberate abuse by the webmaster. Simple human error can explain a lot! ;) But if you notice something like that, then we would like to know.
