Is this incorrect?

I curently have my site http://www.a-number1.biz listed in Regional: North America: United States: Arizona: Localities: T: Tucson: Business and Economy: Computers and Internet

I spoke to neeta the editor for that catagory at the time. She said that it was not possible to have my altnernate site http://www.a-number1.com listed in this and http://dmoz.org/Business/E-Commerce/Developers/

While they are the same company and refer back to the other they are seperate topics. The first is networking and computer repair the other is for web applications and design.

I am curious what the forum has to say.

What the forum has to say doesn't matter - it's the guidelines that define the answer.

That you've spread your website over multiple domain names doesn't entitle it to multiple listings in our directory.
