Is WorldCrawl.com affiliated with DMOZ?

I came across a website the other day:
http://www.worldcrawl.com/
that is an almost exact duplicate of DMOZ.

I was wondering if it's a duplicate DMOZ site, or a DMOZ site for another country or something like that?

There are many legitimate copies of DMOZ dats - see http://dmoz.org/license.html

Unfortunately they are not all up to date in their contents, since DMOZ has no control over how often they update.

Not all copies are legal users - since they do not follow the guidleines above. I'm not sure if this one is ok, since they do not metion ODP or DMOZ on the page - I'll get someone to check it, thanks.

No, it's just one of our downstream data users like i.e. the Google directory. Everyone can use ODP data under the Free Use License.

Their attribution looks somehow strange
