It's been four months and I still can't submit my site. I've done everything right and ahve done it several times. Can I leave my URL here for someone to help me. Thanks - Guy

What do you mean with "I can't submit my site".
Suggesting (we like to call it suggest instead of submit) a site was possible again on january 13th after the technical problems we had.
Please be more specific about the problems you encountered when suggesting your site.
And no, you can't leuve the url here for someone.

No, you can't leave a URL here. The only way for you to help the editors by suggesting a site is over at dmoz.org.
"I can't submit" and "I've done it several times" seem fundamentally contradictory to me, so I'm sure there's another question lurking in there somewhere.
