Just a note on an application submitted yesterday

I know that it is WAY too soon to inquire about the status of an application. With that being said, I'll go forward with my reason for posting.

Yesterday, after submitting my application for the category Home/Family/Babies/Photo_Contests, I realized that I may have just made myself look like a total fool. I simply cannot shake the need to justify myself. In a previous post on this forum, I stated that I would be kidding myself to think that I would have the time to become an editor. After having said that, I decided to sit down and try to organize my daily schedule. Within a small amount of time, I quickly realized that indeed, I _do_ have time to do some quality editing.

I'm sorry for posting on this subject so soon after applying, but I was very concered that a meta might read my other post, find my application, and decide to just delete it. I certainly don't want this to happen, therefore, I hope you can understand my tremendous need for justifying myself. <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" />

(BTW, I used the name tsk928 for the application)

Relax...

Not all the metas read this forum regularly, and even if they did I very highly doubt they'd take that as a reason to reject an otherwise good application. They are reasonable people... so I'm told. <img src="/images/icons/wink.gif" alt="" />
