Just became editor - but cannot login

Hello

I really couldn't find where to go with this problem so if any high level editor could help here that would be great. I just got accepted as an editor, but I cannot login at any page. I have tried throughout the day and I have tried all the usual stuff, check caps lock etc.

If anyone could reset my password/send me a new one or just someone to contact because the welcome email has no information on what if you can't login and there is no one to email.

As windharp says, we've had a few recently joined/reinstated editors who can't login. You account does exist though, you even have a profile: http://dmoz.org/profiles/carbod.html

Even, my application has also been approved recently but I am not able to login. So can anyone tell me how to go about that?

This seems to have occurred for just about every new editor in the last week or so.

Someone is looking into what is causing this problem, and will then work on fixing whatever it is.

News will be posted in the main thread in this forum when there is a positive answer.

Usually the tips listed in http://www.resource-zone.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=41991 fix the problems, but not this time.

Hi jorisdelft

It still isn't letting me login. The site isn't letting me view your profile right now, I'm getting DNS errors. If you could do whatever you can to fix it I would really appreciate it. My contact info is in the first post.
