Lack of ODP editor

I've now noticed that the catgory I submitted my website to does not have an editor. Should I be concerned about this and re-submit to a different category that has one? The category I'm referring to is:
http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/Portugal/Regions/Algarve/Travel_and_Tourism/Lodging/Vacation_Rentals/H/

Are you sure that this was the category that you submitted to? I'm not seeing anything in the queue for that category.

The lack of an editor in any particular category should never be a cause for concern. There are hundreds of editors who could potentially be editing in that category. All editors higher up in the hierarchy can edit there and all editors with directory wide permissions can edit there.

I'm pretty sure. In fact I placed this post http://www.resource-zone.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=status&Number=19473&PHPSESSID=&fpart=1#Post19473 and was told that it was in queue. I've searched for holidayvillas.pt and I still don't find it indexed in ODP. Any idea why?

Tea leaves, mon, tea leaves are the only way to go. Tarot readings are too dramatic, and those unreviewed numbers just don't correlate with _anything_.

Seriously, though, there's no way to estimate how long it will take for a submission anywhere in the directory to be reviewed so the best you can get is a "yes, it's still waiting" response.

I'm fresh out of tea leaves but have a couple of tea bags... ;-)
I was kind of hopeful to begin with as I was told this category wasn't one of the busiest. And now I have to leave to tea bag reading....
