legitimate Site submited over 1 year still not listed

I submitted a resourceful legitimate site <url removed> to dmoz over 1 year ago in the correct category , however still not listed can anyone give me any insite as to how I should go forward

well the question is why, I have submitted <url removed> 2 time and waited 6 month for each post , considering Google relies on DMZ for ranking and optimization , getting listed here is a must . any help would be appreciated

It's most likely that nobody has got around to looking at it yet.

Editors here are volunteer hobbyists and work where and when they wish within the bounds of their permissions. There is no system in place to tell volunteers to work in areas that they aren't interested in. This means that elapsed times to review a website are uncontrolled and uncontrollable. They can range from a few hours to a few years.

You've already suggested your website twice, There's no point in doing so again.
