No, were did you read that you should submit again? Do NOT resubmit at this moment.
You were told to format your status request properly as described in the forum guidelines.

I understand your frustration, but you really do need to use your original thread. Bump it, by replying to it, when it falls off the second page.

I can't answer your status question, as I don't have authority in that category. But there are a number of editors who do....
