Links bugs in pages

If you go to http://dmoz.org/World/Română/Computere/Internet/Design_şi_dezvoltare_Web/Găzduire/

and try to report abuse, is saying that you did'nt select corectly the category(is autofilled), probably because of Romanian special characters.

The same, the link from http://report-abuse.dmoz.org is going to http://resource-zone.com/postlist.php?Board=status (which in my case is a blank page without having user)

I just tried with an English category and it fails also - so I don't think it's the Romanian character set causing the problem.

Agree - I've reported it.

When you get the form and the category displayed - if you insert http://dmoz.org/ in front of the category name it seems to work

I tested it with the Romanian category you specified
