Listed in Regional Dir. but not found using "search"

1) My site; www.cruisesplusinternational.com is currently listed in the regional directory but when I do a search in DMOZ it comes up as not found.

2) If I understand the other postings correctly, it would be fine to submit to an appropriate commercial category even though I'm already in the Regional(in this case Travel Agents/Cruises)??
