Listing a site in section with no moderator

Hi, I am trying to list http://www.wyremarqueehire.co.uk/ in the Garstang Catagory, The closet editor to this is several sections away in Lancashire. I emailed them and they asked me to drop a post in this chat room. What is the best way to get into the Garstang directory.

Submit to the best and most appropriate category, ignoring whether an editor appears to be named or not. Failing to do so will cause a delay when you site is reviewed, and then moved to where you should have put it in the first place.

All categories have at least one editor who can make changes there.
