Listing Problem in Msn and Hotbot

my website www.rrwdg.com was submitted in Dmoz in june this year .. but still the website is not submitted in MSN - HOTBOT - LYCOS - INKTOMI and other partner search engines of Dmoz ..

i would like to know here im making mistake or why it is soo ?
