I am having trouble getting to a submission form … I click all the right links and it just takes me around a circle and back again. The form never appears. Can you please help me. I couldn’t find my problem in any FAQ’s and this is the only e-mail/contact information I could find on the site. Please advise … I need to get this done for one of my goals for my job.

Aha! I guess you went to http://www.dmoz.org and used the suggest URL link.
The bottom line of the ensuing instructions says (my redification)
The idea is that you first navigate to the desired category and use the suggest URL link there. If there isn't one, the category doesn't accept listing suggestions - find another one.
