Listing title is wrong - can't update

My site is listed with an old and obsolete title. I submited a detailed listing update 2 times in the last 2 months without any results or feedback from an editor.

The listing is located in Computers/Software/Freeware/Developers/. I don't know if it matters, but it looks like this category doesn't have an editor.

Does anyone have an advice on how I can update this listing?

Update requests are prominent within the system and most editors give them some priority. Title is generally either the organisation name or the title visible on the website. Requests for anything other than one of those are likely to be declined.

Thanks jimnoble. I'm sure the listing update I requested obeys all the rules. I requested a title change to the official name of the site, the one that's in the title tag and which is also the domain name. The old title is no longer present anywhere on the site.

If the category does not have an editor, will the update request be propagated to another editor?

No. There is no concept of anything being assigned to any editor, so there's no need for reassignment.

Any suggestion (update or initial listing) waits for any editor to look at it -- and there are hundreds of editors who COULD look at it. (We don't know who will happen to see it first.)
