There hadn't been a review. And when there is a review, there is no reply.

My apologies. I misread the message from DJDEEDS that our site is "awaiting" review. So I hope I understand this correctly to mean our website is now pending review and that we should just keep checking the listing. If this is not correct and there is something else we need to do, could you please advise us? Thank you very much!

Yes, you can keep checking the category, we don't know when the review will come.

I should have mentioned that law firms are often eligible for a listing in Regional as well -- please find the most specific geographic category that contains all your offices (usually a locality), the submit to the most specific topically appropriate subcategory.

Thank you for your response. You mentioned that law firms are sometimes eligible for listing in Regional as well. We initially submitted to: Society:Law:Lawyers and Law Firms:Defense Litigation:North America:United States:California. From here if I get more geographically specific and continue the path...from California:Business and Economy:Legal Services:San Francisco.. Would this be correct? We are physically located in San Rafael, but we cover the entire San Francisco Bay Area. Which topical subcategory do I now submit to? At the legal services level or San Francisco level or ?? Sorry, this is very confusing for me. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you very much!

The trick with finding a category in the Regional branch is to go as low as you can with the location. Once you get there, see if there is a topical subcategory that fits, and keep drilling down.

In Regional, most businesses (and yours isn't an exception) are listed in the locality where the office is located, not by any coverage area.

Hope this helps.

Roughly speaking, the REGIONAL listing corresponds to the OFFICE LOCATION; the SOCIETY/LAW listing, to coverage (whether geographic or topical in nature.)

If you are in San Rafael, then you submit to Regional/North_America/United_States/California/Localities/S/San_Rafael/Business_and_Economy/Legal_Services/ Regional does not care about markets, service area and the like. We only care where the newspaper is delivered each morning.
