Hello whole people of ODP.

I was a cultered and diligent editor of this platform. I was on holiday. It was a great globetrotting. Please everyone see Rome, Amsterdam and Stocholm. Well now I'd wanted to login my editör page but the page appears inactive.

I filled the Reinstatement Form and sent it. May you unprohibit my account?

My editör name is ukalaboy

Thanks. My best wishes for you.

Your reinstatement request is waiting for review - it has only been two days since you applied for reinstatement, so please be patient for a little longer.

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed Stockholm! ;)

What do you mean with review Mr. Nea? Someone can ban me from editor group if he/she wants? I'm in the mood of shock then. :)

What do you mean with review

Simply that the reinstatement process is not automatic. Somebody has to look at the reinstatement request and approve (or deny) reinstatement.

Also note that at the moment, none of us is able to review reinstatement requests at all, while the system is being upgraded. See this post.

is there any cooling period for the reinstatement...isn't it tiresome to activate the account again and again..isn't there a stamped solution

The solution is not to time out. Doing one edit in 120 days is all you have to do to stay active.

There is no specific period for a reinstatement request to be processed. They all must be looked at by a human (like all things in DMOZ).

At this momenent DMOZ is in maintenance mode and requests can not be processed.
More info on the DMOZ blog http://blog.dmoz.org/2010/07/19/dmoz-planned-system-outage-notification-round-2/
