Over the past few months, I've applied for reinstatement, and the form has either crashed or I haven't received any response. I really enjoy being a part of the ODP and want to continue being an editor. Can someone please shed some light on whether you've received my requests for reinstatement and my status?

I'm afraid your reinstatement requests have been denied, after discussion and decision by the Meta editors. Editing is not for everyone, and we wish you well in your other endeavours. While we don't discuss specific cases of editor removal or reinstatement denial, the guidelines for how such cases are handled are found here and here.

Well, that's quite disappointing. I've been been an editor for many years and I thought I've following the guidelines accurately. If there was an infraction I certainly didn't do it intentionally nor was I notified by anyone that there was an issue with my editing efforts. There's no way to rectify the error/infraction?

Unfortunately, no, there isn't. Editor removals and reinstatement denials involve extensive meta editor discussion.
