Dear ODP Editors,

i've just read from the web master world website that in the event that a website is removed from the dmoz, one should post a message on this forum. please forgive me if this was bad advice.

if i search using http://search.dmoz.org/cgi-bin/search?search=flatshare.com i'll get a listing for my site. strangley if i refresh the page it disapears! but thats maybe a cache problem on my side...i guess the listing has gone.

the main problem is that although my site is recognised as being listed under the directory "Regional: Europe: United Kingdom: England: London: Business and Economy: Property: Rental"

when i traverse down to this directory my site is not listed. any ideas why?

i have tried to resubmit my site. at the same time i requested advice whether i should move my site to another directory... possibly? "Top: Regional: Europe: United Kingdom: Business and Economy: Classifieds" as it will shortly go uk wide.

please do let me know how best to proceed. thanks and kind regards to all.

p.s. i remember speaking (email) with a chap called leer who was reviewing my website just recently when i changed it all. do any of you folk know of him?

The site has been removed -- at this point it seems not to have enough content to be worth directing our users to.

Or anyone else's, for that matter. So the first order of business would, I think, be to get content.

sorry, i just need to confirm that we are talking about www flatshare com and not another website by accident? and when (if you don't mind me asking) were you able to last visit the site?

j.

P.S. thank you for your patience in answering my emails. i look forward to the day that i'll be invited to join the directory  one day

We always judge a website on now, not then and not might be.

On the day it was removed from the directory it had exactly 2 listings. I'm afraid that two entries do not a directory make.

I see it has more content today - maybe enough. By all means resubmit it to London/../Rental.

i'm sorry to have taken up yours and hutchesons time. i really do appreciate the effort that it takes to make this directory happen. i hope that my requests for clarification have not in any way caused issues which were not intended. again, thanks to all.
