what would be the right catagory to submit a site on loyalty card / loyalty program implementation information site

Don't submit sites on advertising program, at all, ever. Only submit sites on companies. When you think of it that way, the relevant categories (in Business and/or Regional) will become much easier to spot.

If you can't figure it out, don't worry too much about the exact category. That's the editors' job, and we take care of it. If you can help us, that's nice; if you can't help us THAT much, then help the best you can, and don't worry about it.
