Main site and our affiliate program site - how they should be done?

The Main site http://www.firstclickfriend.com/ and our affiliate program site http://affiliate.firstclickfriend.com/ which is 3rd level domain of the main site
Can they be submitted to different categories ?
Or we should do a completely different site for our affiliate program ?
You understand that in our dating business we should pay additional attention to the affiliate program and spend a lot of efforts to promote the site which is made for our promoters.
So what is your opinion before we submit?

Oh, the old submit multiple times first, then ask permission later trick.

I tried that once with expense accounts -- didn't get far though.
