Many of the sites has been approve double times

I had observed many of the sites has been added two to five times please approve the sites some what quickly at least one time i will be happy....let me know your suggestions............if any thing let me know i will be happy.........

Yes. It is possible for websites to be listed more than once.
Common possibilty is a website being listed in a Topical category and also in a Regional category. But not all websites can be listed twice in such a way.
It is alo possible for websites in more than one language to be listed in all those languages.
It is also possible that editors decide a website to be so usefull to our visitors that several (deep)links are appropriate. But this is an exception.

DMOZ is not about accepting suggested website. It is about building usefull categories. When no editor is interested in a subject (category) nothing will happen in that category, but a lot will happen in other parts of the directory. And that is good and also as intended.

Except for suggesting a website there is nothing you can do.
You could ofcourse check if the site is listed as often as you like. But I do not see any reason to make such checks.
