Please read the posting guidelines and make your request in conformity with them. I especially call your attention to the requirement for a clickable link to the dmoz category you submitted to.

Actually, that won't be necessary. Your site cannot be listed in the ODP. Please see http://dmoz.org/guidelines/include.html#notinclude for further information.
