May I resubmit my site to a new category

Hello. I am a sculptor. I submitted my site, http://www.lincolnart.com, over a year ago to http://dmoz.org/Shopping/visual arts/sculpture/sculptors. It has not been posted. May I resubmit the site to another category without drawing fire for doing so? Thank you!

We're quite used to dealing with humans around here so it takes a lot more than one change of mind to lbe dubbed a spammer.
