May I suggest any site from the world?

Dear Sir,

I do have the honor to ask, whether I can suggest any site around the world I found suitable and meets the criteria of listing, regardless of my geographic location?

I wonder if I may get considered as spam for it. Till now I was suggesting sites for the category of my native place under Regional category.

I would be happy if I find reply.

Anybody can suggest any website to any category. It's helpful if the website is listable and the category is appropriate though.

I just worried if I get considered as spammer to do that. Now I am feeling free.
