Maybe a worthy site, but no suitable category

Hi all (editors especially ). I have a site devoted to opposite side of betting (lotteries primarily). The problem is it's written in Slovak language.

The "most" suitable catgeory would be http://dmoz.org/World/Slovensky/Hry/Stávky/ but it's definitely for betting companies, not for criticism.

My question:

What should I do in order to suggest a category?

I already contacted the editor of that category but I am not sure he has privileges to add new subcategories.

My site is purely non-commercial, it doesn't contain any affiliate links, it's hosted on free web hosting (they show 1 google ad at bottom of pages only. but I don't profit from it) and it's on-line for years.

I'm not an editor for any of these categories and don't speak/read Slovenski, but looking via the altlang links (This category in other languages: )
The English equivalent to the cat you point out is http://dmoz.org/Games/Gambling/ and 'issues' (gambling problem type) are linked to http://dmoz.org/Society/Issues/Gambling/

Reversing course from that shows no equivalent Slovak category, but the higher level http://dmoz.org/Society/Issues/ does link to http://dmoz.org/World/Slovensky/Spoločnosť/Problémy/ which is probably where it would go. A gambling sub category in Slovak would be created when there are several sites for it, until then all the 'issues' sites would stay together.
