Searching DMOZ for Olpe resulsts in a lot more than two sites.

I don't understand what you are trying to prove.
Yes, this site is listed. And yes it is owned by an ODP editor.
Is this a problem?

Based on your postings made the last 2 days I am starting to wonder if you are only trolling or asking serious questions.

however in the ODP I got 2 listing only both same URL, and both belong to a Meta.
