Medicine site with several categories

Hi, I would like to kown what to do with my site. I´ve an english and spanish site, and it´s possible to list in at least 6 differents categories. It´s a medical treatments site and we offer many differents treatments that each one has a particular category.

Do I have to post the specific url in each category? Do I have to find de best upper category that include the others? Do I have to post in english and in spanish?

Pick the ONE best category that encompasses your site. Please do not submit different links for each product, if the editor who reviews it feels it deserves multiple listing they'll do so. If it is available in Spanish as well you may also submit it to the one best category for it in the World/Spanish section of the directory as well.
