membership sites

I remember when I submitted a membership site once I had to supply a username and password for the editor to use to get in the site. I can't seem to find the page to submit it? Could you point me there. I submitted the site thinking it would be on the following page. Thanks a million

There is no special place -- just put at the end of the description (don't worry, the editor will make sure the details are removed before adding the site).
