Mistakenly submitted site twice

I registered my URL and prior to reaching the last screen my computer went down so I resubmitted. Is there a problem if it was submitted twice. I was not sure if the first one went thru. Please advise

Don't worry. Two suggestions is not a problem, and the second one will overwrite the first.
As with all sites, the ODP abhors spammers, but it takes more than 2 suggestions to get that label.
