That just means that an editor was in that category editing at the time. They may not have reviewed your site at all.

Note: I haven't looked at your suggestion at all but in looking at the site, I would expect that it will ultimately not be listed for lack of content (e.g. an empty forum is not content nor are links to other sites). Just my
