Hi Twist,
To ask for a listed site to be moved to another category, you go to the category where it is currently listed and make an Update request (there's a link in the upper right-hand corner.) Thanks :)

It's unlikely that we would allow such a move, however. The London category should only contain contain chains with hotels across London, whereas the Westminster category contains hotels specifically located in Westminster.
