A site is translated in 7 languages and all available on:

www.domainx.yz/language1
www.domainx.yz/language2
www.domainx.yz/language3 and so on

Is this okay to submit them all in regional parts and is it helpfull to make a comment while submitting that the site is elsewhere allready submitted for other language as internal check?

After this regionalpart, can I still add them to thematical (but sometimes also regional linked) parts?

Supposing that each language version stands on its own (it's ok if some language versions are less informative than others but it's crucial that the site can be used by somebody who only understands that language) AND that it's a real translation, not a machine translation, it is recommended that you suggest the site for review in the World categories (not Regional) for each language. That is, World/Deutsch/[relevant subcategory] for a German version, World/Português/[relevant subcategory] for Portuguese, etc.

Mentioning that it's been sent to each language isn't necessary, but it would save the editors' time, since otherwise the first editor to come across the site would probably spend a bit of time in sending it to all the other languages as well. (It's unlikely that any of the language versions would be handled by the same people, however.)

For the sake of your visitors, it's useful if you have all languages easily available from the site's first page; if that is the case, we prefer to list that URL for all languages, rather than the language-specific subdomains. But if the subdomains are not easily found for somebody who only speaks their own language, we'll list the subdomains -- it's not a big issue for us.

Ah yes, you also asked about a topical listing -- well, since the n non-English versions don't go to Regional but to World, that isn't really an issue. However, if there is an English version as well you should of course suggest that to the relevant category in the English-language part of the directory.

If the site has regional relevance as well as being multi-lingual, you can suggest it to Regional, too. You can read more about what is relevant to the Regional category tree here: http://dmoz.org/guidelines/regional/

A site in more than one language can be suggested to all language available on the site. Regional is for English language sites only. Other languages are in http://dmoz.org/World/
No need to add comments while suggesting the different languages. But please suggest the main url www.domainx.yz for all languages, this mainpage should have clear visable links to all languages.
