Multiple listings for multiple locations?

I have a site www.skinandlasers.com that is listed in the two categories:

Health: Medicine: Medical Specialties: Dermatology: Clinics: United States: New York
Health: Medicine: Surgery: Cosmetic and Plastic: Surgeons and Clinics: United States: New York

This is great except for the fact that the business has locations in Hackensack & Westwood New Jersey also.

My question is how do I get the site listed into these above categories for New Jersey? (or how can I get them listed in their regional categories?)

I only see you listed in the first category

The category Health: Medicine: Surgery: Cosmetic and Plastic: Surgeons and Clinics: United States: New York - does not exist

Oh that's messed things up for us - you have two different URL's - you have been submitting

Hmmm...I don't think that I would have submitted under drdavidgoldberg.com. It is probably from the previous webmaster. Sorry for the confusion. How can I have the site listed for the Jersey locations? Does this affect it?

You won't generally be listed in two locations but in the one location that covers all over your offices (i.e. United States in this case). I would submit an update request asking to move the site up a level rather than submitting the site for additional listings.
