Multiple sites/email

I operate multiple sites that either have been or will be suggested. Is there a preference to whether the sites are submitted with individual email addresses or with a single address? Thanks

Each is a local, geo-specific career site, and each provides jobs and resources specific to the locale. They do function independently and service different audiences.

We'd just list the parent/umbrella domain and not the website's individual components. Please don't suggest them.

That a website has been spread over multiple domain names doesn't make it eligible for multiple listings. We think that it's the website owner's job to provide a website's internal navigation, not ours.

They are separate websites, with the value to users being the local niche info, so having a local listing made more sense in order to be found. That is why I'm curious.
If that is against the listing guidelines, I will suggest only the parent company site per your recommendation. Thanks for clarification.
