Hi,
I've submitted our site two years ago, then (I'm sorry for my impatience) I've submitted the same site sometime ago..
I know you're volunteers and I think I understand, I'm just asking: should I stop submitting or is it better (if I don't see my site included in a year or so..) to re-submit after a period o time? Or my request are still somewere waiting?
Sorry for my english.. I'm Italian.

A couple of resuggestions won't lable you a spammer. ;) As for resuggesting, there is no benefit for resuggesting a site more than once unless:
1) The sites content has significantly changed since it was previously suggested.
2) You didn't see the "Thank You For Your Suggestion" page after you suggested it.
3) If it was suggested before October of last year and you think it may have been lost in the crash.

Resuggestions will not help a site be reviewed quicker, in fact usually it slows down the review time because suggestions to multiple categories result in editors spending their time removing duplicates and properly placing submissions in the right categories for review and if the editor reviewing chooses to review by submission date the resubmissions overwrite the older ones indicating it hasn't been waiting as long as it really was.

If you think it may have been lost or it has changed significantly one resuggestion won't be a problem, but once you see the "Thank You" page after submitting it there is no reason to further resubmit.

Hope that helps.

Thank you very much for your detailed answer.
It could be that my site inclusion request had been lost in the crash. I'll re-submit again now and hopefully wait.
Thanx again
