My category is missing - do I move one up?

I have a multilingual site about an island in Denmark <url removed>. Normally there is a Top &gt; World &gt; Language &gt; Regional &gt; Europe &gt; Country category, possibly even with subcategories. For two baltic languages though (estonian and latvian) there are no countries under Europe except for the neighbouring baltic countries.

Should I just submit under the Europe category and then hope for an editor to create a Denmark category? Can I be sure an editor will actually consider my submission? I guess it's pretty hard to find editors in small countries with very few pc's per capita compared to other countries.

Yes, submit to the Europe level category. Your submission will not be ignored. It is, as always, unpredictable how long it will take to review your site (and, if necessary, to create a subcategory); but your submission certainly won't be rejected just because "we don't have a category for it yet".

The Danish-language part can be submitted to World/Dansk/Regional/Danmark/Småøer/Fejø/
The English-language part can be submitted to
Regional/Europe/Denmark/Counties/Storstrøm/

Jens, the question was regarding two baltic languages and is answered above. In the categories you mention I'm already listed. Thanks anyway.
