Could I register different category for different market positioning purpose?

In general submit to one category, that most precisely covers your site. Do not submit to additional categories. With two exceptions:-

In addition it may be submitted to the most precise location within http://dmoz.org/Regional that is the location of the address of the company

A site that is in another language besides English may be also submitted to the correct language within http://dmoz.org/World.
