My New domains!

hi all,

I have just purchased some new domains, where the host have put parking pages there for now until I develop the sites.

Am I allowed to submit these sites now to DMOZ, even thought they are "coming soon"#

Any reviewing editor would decline your submissions and also have to explain (internally) the reason why. I'm sure you don't want to be labelled as a time waster

Thanks for the answer, just wanted to see if there was a way in speeding up my listing.
