I recently submitted a website for inclusion into the ODP (under the category:http://dmoz.org/World/Bahasa_Indonesia/Bisnis/Percetakan/) But my descriptions did not allowed to submited.

I 've write it in indonesian. Am I wrong?

My dilemma is that because the site is not listed on the ODP as yet, I can't update or alter the original description. Similarly I am worried about submitting for a second time in a month - in case I am then deemed to be breaking the rules.

All advice welcomed. My thanks in anticipation.

Indonesian is correct for that part of the directory.

Resubmitting once is never an issue.

We're assuming that the website itself is also written in Indonesian, right?

Well, there are three things (not just two) that should match:

(1) the language category suggested (World/Bahasa_Indonesia)
(2) the language on the site itself
(3) the language of the suggested site description.

You only mentioned #1 and #3; but so long as #2 matches both of them, the site suggestion is "maximally helpful". (If the three languages DON'T match -- say, site written in Indonesian, submitted with a French description to an English-language category--then ... that wouldn't be as helpful, and the editors would probably take longer to get the site correctly categorized and described.)

I'm a little bit hesitant to say "wrong" -- it's not so much a moral category as a pragmatic one. Suggesting a site is supposed to help the editors. So long as a site is a good site, suggesting it is a help. But even suggesting a good site, you can be more (or less) helpful.
