my site is no where

hi to all
now it is 2 days that my site is no where in Google...
before this it was on no.1 for all its keywords.... And those were very high competitive keywords...
but now my site is no where..
please help me

I'm afraid DMOZ has absolutely nothing to do with Google (except they use our RDF data to populate their directory). I would suggest you either ask Google directly or visit a webmaster forum and seek advice there.
