If a website is not listed after suggestion than there are 2 options

1) the site is not listable (you can check yourself in our guidelines which sites we do not list , http://www.dmoz.org/docs/en/guidelines/include.html )

2) if the site is listable but not listed than it must be waiting review, time between suggestion and review can vary between a few days and several years
